Just a few days ago a garden was plowed by two oxen to begin a new tradition at Salem Cross Inn. Chef Robert Thackaberry's goal is fresh and home grown is best. The Inn has begun a new special which will soon be part of the many traditions that have been part of the dining exsperience at Salem Cross Inn for over 50 years.

On Thursday evenings, our talented Chef Robert will be featuring creations paired with selected wines. You'll dine in our Peregrine White Room, the original kitchen of our historic farmhouse, where you'll receive exceptional service. Have a tasting of all 4 or 3 or 2 - whatever adventure your're ready to embark upon. Or, collaborate with the chef to create your gastronomic delight. You won't be disappointed!
